★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have dealt with them on two occasions. The first time I dealt with an employee and the experience was excellent. The second... the branch manager handled my claim. Most people would expect the person in charge to be the most capable. Not even close... unreturned phone calls and emails and missed meetings without notice. This happened to both myself and the general doing the work. Ontop of that I was told for over a year that the landscaping would be taken care of even to the point that estimates were done. Then when Andrea finally decided to request something from the insurance company she came back to me with "your insurance policy doesnt cover landscaping". Which her apology for the complete failure on her part was "well most policies do so I just assumed".
Unless you are dealing with an employee who might care about their job, request a different claims adjuster.
