I've had the worse experience. Online they say they close at 630pm, i figure they have different hrs for covid so I call and get an automated message stating they close at 5 so I leave work super early to get there before 5, a notice is on the door stating they close at 4pm. So I call and ask them to try and deliver again, so on that day the tracking says its picked up at the location at 1045 am and then at 1108 it says they dropped back off at the store as no one was home, but if they really tried to deliver it would have take 1 hour round trip to deliver to my house. Now I've had to ask them to take it to a UPS location closer to where a work a few towns over, hope they actually send to that store location so I can pick up my 2 packages

Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, willing to help out under any circumstances. Remember folks, UPS stores are a franchise and although badged by UPS, these stores are are owned and operated by independent business owners. Big shout out to Dave....the UPS driver. Flexible on his route. He understands the importance of these items and the impact of early delivery. Ive tried every other option for delivery and the hub in Lake country on Jim Bailey doesn't work. Next day packages don't get their till much later the next day....and the hours of operation are strange.

It's mid-Monday. Hours say they are open. Show up to the store on 30th, and everything is closed with a note saying they are moving to a location on Andreson Way. Drove to the new location only to find it is also closed. Utterly irresponsible behaviour by the owners of this UPS location, as always! Avoid them at all costs!

The ladies that run UPS Vernon are true professionals! Super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend UPS Vernon!! Their drivers are amazing as well!!

Went in to ship a warranty return with a defective item worth $60 new. The employee told me it would cost $50 and I have no other options. Contacted UPS support and the products company, they told me shipping is free. UPS is a terrible company regardless, but I can't imagine how many people had a similar situation to me & just paid the "fees". You're better off talking to them on Twitter than in person.

I have no issue with the specific individuals at this store, my issue is with how incompetent UPS is in general, their horrendous customer service, and I highly advise everyone to ship with pretty much any other shipping service provider. We paid a significant price to ship a homemade Christmas package (hand written letters in calligraphy, paintings from kids, letters from kids, hand-made story from kids) to my sister in Ireland. We were assured they would arrive by Christmas. Once the package got to Ireland they were unable to deliver it for various reasons that seemed to change daily. Over the next three months I have called UPS around 15 times to figure out why the package is sitting in the warehouse in Ireland. Every time I called, someone brushed me off saying "I will personally look into this and we will contact you within two days". No one ever contacted me. The exact same thing happened again and again and again. At one point I demanded to talk to a manager, so they put me through to a line that just rang. I let it ring for 65 minutes before eventually hanging up. I suspect that was their intention to just end the call. Recently I saw on the tracking system that the package is now being returned to me, again for reasons no one can explain. I understand problems arise, but UPS customer support is horrendous. They repeatedly just brushed me aside with no intention of contacting me or finding a solution, that much is obvious now. I guess I should have specified that I wanted the package to arrive by Christmas 2021....not 2022! So, as soon as it arrives back to me (if that ever happens?) I'll be shipping it with a carrier that is able to deliver it.
