V	VESA Rescue on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. Td customers since opened bank accounts. Today sadly I had to go in when I was sick. They refused me a tissue! NOT FOR CUSTOMERS. So I got to leak in line and in front of the cashier... pretty disappointed in this.

I've been banking here for 15 years and have always been happy with the service I have been provided with. TDs website works well and is well up to date, and the app works very, very well. Part of the reason why I like to so much is because I love the service and because of the measures the company takes to keep up to date. Both branches in Vernon have also been outfitted with ATMs that auto detect the bills inserted into the machine, envelope free, which is very handy. They also dispense bills from $5-$100 which is handy when you need smaller bills. I would recommend banking at TD if you're looking to switch Banks or open a new account.

I was on the Lower mainland and the branch I was dealing with was horrible. Jennifer and Zachary have renewed my faith in Td. Thank you to you both.

The bike parking is well positioned, you can see the bike parking stall through the window for piece of mind. Plenty of free vehicle parking, there's lots of space near the green machine atm drive-thru and the casino lit is available as well. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I booked the appointment back in October for December 29th. They called me a week before the appointment to confirm. On the day of the appointment was -23 where I live in the Kooteneys. We drove over 2 hours on icy unplowed roads first thing in the morning to get to our appointment. When we got there the front desk clerk could not find our appointment in the system. She kept asking me if I was sure I had an appointment. I assured her I had spoken to them a week prior to confirm. After much deliberation she found it in the system and said she was sorry the bank clerk who was to attend us had been sick a week and we couldn't get our appointment. It was frustrating to say the least that they hadn't called this ladies appointments to cancel and re-book knowing she was sick. We both work up north and aren't home often. It was a challenge to be able to get this appointment booked with our schedules and they didn't even offer to rebook us. We walked out pretty disappointed in their lack of service and professionalism.
