★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently bought a built in vacuum and paid for installation. Shortly after we discovered that one of our outlets doesn’t work. They were fairly blunt that no help was coming from them. They offered to sell me a new outlet that we could install ourselves. It would have taken the installer five minutes to stop by one day to see if the outlet was indeed faulty. I will never deal with these guys again. Once you buy, they’re done with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a beautiful new Miele vacuum from Findlays about a week and a half ago and I couldn't be more happy with it. Not only is the vacuum itself excellent and very reasonably priced but Terry and Toni have been a pleasure to deal with! Terry went out of his way to make sure that I got just the right fit for my needs and he has been able to answer any questions I have no problem. I will never buy a vacuum or accessories from anywhere else again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Findlay’s wasn’t great. They didn’t treat anyone in my family respectfully, no greeting no nothing. When we brought two machines in for servicing he acted like we were a huge inconvenience. The guy wouldn’t hear our concerns and then would force us to tell him all over again simply because he wasn’t listening. Poor customer service. I’d be inclined to go to Kelowna for my next service. These guys are pretty rude for the only sewing dealer in town. They don’t deserve the good money we spend on our machines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super fast, Super friendly Service! I brought my Kenmore power head in for servicing knowing that parts are impossible to get. No Problem, Findley's repair team sorted it out in 24 hours. Excellent counter service and an all around great experience. Recommended!
