She always has an amazing time and comes home exhausted from a full day fun with her friends.
She can be very energetic and unfortunately she tore her pad from running around the first time she there. After speaking with the team they were very responsive and have since always assured me they will be on top of her and help her to calm down when she gets a wee bit wild. she has never had a that problem again!
We recently we away for a prolonged period of time and one of the few things we didn't have to worry about was how she would be and where she would stay while we were away- quite the relief!
Their posts on Instagram were a life saver when we were missing our little lady. Seeing her and the other dogs playing always put a smile on our face and reassured us that the Hound Lounge was the best choice!
Upon returning they were amazing and accommodating when last minute we wanted to pick her up earlier then planned.
The team is awesome, caring, professional and I can confidently say that we would not be comfortable leaving our dog anywhere else.
