★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so impressed with Mark from Burke's! We had water damage to our basement thanks to a leaking septic ejector basin. We were so worried we would be taken advantage of because we're new to the whole septic thing. Mark was professional, honest (he could have literally taken us to the cleaner - pun intended) and patient explaining what we were looking at. Highly recommend Burke's

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Burke's. My apartment was flooded in Jan 2020 and had to vacate the premise immediately. I had little communications from the insurance company initially and zero communications from the Property Management team. At this point I was completely stressed out and living day to day in hotels not knowing what the next step should be. The Condo maintenance teams simply took all my belongings and wrapped them together (even wet). When I finally connected with the ins/co. they brought Burke's into the picture and everything started to get brighter. When I finally got a response from the PM that there was a temporary apt available, Burke's stepped in to move my entire contents into to the new location, all in one day.. Everything was treated with care, packaged with care and re-positioned in the appropriate rooms. They even made the bed and separated all damaged items into bags and placed in the tub for review before I tossed. They prepared a complete list of the insured items and provided on the same day. The same experience when they moved me back ( 4 months later ). When they arrived at my apartment they were wearing masks and gloves to adhere to social concerns over Covid. These types of unfortunate events can be overwhelming for the strongest of us and Burke's created much needed confidence that literally helped me physically and emotionally through this ordeal. Thank you so much for the absolutely great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burke’s restoration was there when our basement flooded, the same day with there emergency team to prevent further damage. Their knowledgeable, friendly, professional and courteous staff supported us through the entire process. Then their team replaced our flooring in record time, so we could get back to normal. They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish, would definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently had a leak in our roof that caused some damage in our bedroom and attic. Our insurance company connected us with Burke's Restoration. They were very quick to respond and even found someone to do emergency repairs to our roof on a long weekend. Clean up and restoration was done quickly and looks great. Everyone was friendly and helpful and left everything clean and tidy when finished too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just signed off on a fantastic restoration of our back deck and interior damage due to a fire on our deck last summer. There were delays (due to COVID and engineering drawings changing, etc.) that were not the responsibility of Burke's, however, through it all their communication remained very professional and they spearheaded getting done what needed to in order to move the project along. We are very pleased with the final restoration and their quality work. It was a long journey but they were there for us. Many thanks to Nicole, Barry and Ralph! I would highly recommend Burke's Restoration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently used Burke’s Restoration to repair water damage caused by a leaking roof. We used Burke’s before for a previous water damage repair and they did an excellent job. Their workmanship at that time exceeded our expectations.
The recent project fell way short of what we expected from Burke’s based on their previous restoration in our home. We were completely disappointed by the workmanship and what they considered a complete job. The job was very rushed, extremely sloppy and incomplete. Unfortunately we cannot recommend Burke’s to family and friends.
The job should have been completed satisfactory in the first place.

Their Team of professionals are fast, efficient and a 5* in pride of workmanship. Their product choice was great value. A shout out to Nicole Komar who always responded to our questions and made us feel at ease putting the House back together. We appreciated the well documented costs and scope of work to be completed. I cannot say enough about Burkes.

Once this outside trail of water was detected and corrected by my condo corporation; the Burke's Restoration team came to my rescue to work with me to selecting latest and greatest replacement materials for repairing the inside. Nicole, Katrina and Patty, awesome team possum. All so meticulous, focused on every single detail plus all kept me informed 110% from the get go through to my entire satisfaction upon completion. Their restoration specialists, Ryan and Marcus, bar none... 'absolutely amazing'! Cordial, professional and attentive to any inquiries presented to them. They both provided their flair by way of offering subtle ideas at no additional cost to enhance the finer details in the grand scheme of things because they genuinely cared. Being a designer and having worked with numerous interior design firms, contractors and the like - everyone at Burke's Restoration Top 10 in my books. Definitely, and I mean definitely would highly recommend this team for your well being. Thank you all. Martin :-)
