★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a disappointment to deal with the representative of Paul Davis remediation advisor Coutney.
We had arranged for an estimate for remediation and Countney failed to show up or call on a scheduled visit and never even called to say she was running behind schedule.
My wife is 7 months pregnant and waisted her day waiting for the unprofessional and inconsiderate employee of Paul Davis.
I contacted the owner directly to voice my concerns about what took place.
The business went to our first scheduled appointment who showed up 15 minutes early and called to advise that the visit was going to arrive early.
That's what earning ones business should be like. Paul Davis you should take note.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paul Davis are impossibly slow to respond, do not call to keep the client updated, make promises that they do not fulfill, and take months before any work get started. I could not recommend this company and would suggest you don't initiate your claim using them either. If you do I would suggest you document or record every communication you have with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were assigned this company through our insurance company due to the Tornado. I had a positive experience with our first meeting, but that ended up being a smoke show.
I’ve tried to be understanding with the situation as a lot of people were impacted, but we are now at the point that I am doing their work. They didn’t send crews to do clean up in a timely manner, and we ended up completing this on our own. They didn’t write anything down and took minimal photos, which I have now had to provide, along with providing the correct measurements for replacement costs. Now they continue to keep bumping my scheduled appointments to come back for the final inspection, before we can get a settlement. We are approaching the 2 month mark since this all happened and we can’t wait to be done with them!

We couldn’t have been happier with the service we received from Asaad. He was knowledgeable, professional, patient and very courteous. Asaad was instrumental in helping us navigate the insurance processes. He consistently communicated with us in a timely manner by phone, email or text. Special acknowledgment for project managers Aleshia and Deanne. Content crew did an amazing job- beyond believable.
