P.S this is a real review from someone who could of been a real customer.
Stopped in asked for a part was told double the price. Ended up walking out once I left this review you quickly contacted me and yes you did resolve the problem but if it wasn't for my review you may have never realized your mistake. So who's to say that you haven't done this before? My review is nothing wrong but to advise your customers to double check your prices.

Paul was extremely helpful throughout the process and I really wasn’t spending much money in the grand scheme. To receive such great customer service says something good about this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever buy an IMER product!!!! I spent $25k plus on a machine that never worked from the start. When I arrived after a 1.5 hr drive to pick it up, the machine didn't work. So left (another 1.5hr drive) and returned (another 1.5 hr drive) when I received a phone call advising that it works. Picked up the machine, followed all the instructions and Youtube videos and it still didn't work at all. It will not pump anything with aggregate in it, even fine sand aggregate!!!! Machine clogs constantly and will only accept straight portland. Tried everything. Mutliple calls to seller and to manufuacturer's rep who is located in the USA, no one available locally to assist on troubleshooting or support. No one seems to know how to make this thing work. Maybe I got a dud, but how would I know since there is no rep to come see it? Worst purchase ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off I will say it's always easy to post a great review when everything goes off without a hitch which is the preferred option for everyone but is not always the case, and wasn't with mine.
My review of Canadian Equipment Outfitters and staff is when there was an issue, and how it was dealt with. I'm not going to go into the details of the exact issue as it's not important but it was surrounding a larger purchase that some (most) would get there backs up on but a solution was brought to me even more fair than I was expecting which shows their true colours and shows what type of a company they are!
My experience with Matt @ Canadian Equipment Outfitters was fantastic from start to finish. He was super professional, great to work with, pleasant, and efficient.
I had an issue with a product that I purchased for the purposes of how I needed to use it and he / they stood by, made accommodations and worked with me for a satisfactory solution for everyone. He went over and above for me on this and I appreciate it greatly.
Would strongly recommend Matt & Canadian Equipment Outfitters to anyone looking for products as their pricing is great and the service / support is top notch.

They have great supplier relations and are comparable with other companies when shopping around on pricing. Their equipment has helped us on many projects.
