Ordered 80$ worth of product from them in February or January, its now almost August. When I ordered it, they said it was in stock, then about 3 months after that I contacted them and they said OOOPS, IT WASNT IN STOCK, WE LIED. They stole my money, never gave me my products that I payed them for six months ago, I've contacted them multiple times about this, they always have an excuse. I've seen the tracking info for the items, They were NEVER even delivered to my door, as soon as they got into the city of Winnipeg (thats right, Im right next door to this place and yet it took them six months to get my product to me) and into the hands of the carrier they were marked as "return to sender". After this, it says that they left a note in the mailbox (WHICH THEY DIDN'T. I shop online a lot and If I had a dollar for every time I've been told that the mail company left a note in my mailbox I'd be bloody rich.) It also said that they contacted me, which AGAIN, THEY DID NOT... I have NO phone record of anyone from this company contacting me, in my voicemail or on my received calls record. Also, no one contacted me through email either. Apparently, it was sitting in some post office for a month or two, and I had no idea about it, It seems that because of the pandemic, that my product was intercepted, and stolen due to it being PPE or something. After all of this, I was never notified by email or phone that it had been returned to the company, AND they also NEVER ISSUED A REFUND. Two months later I had to find out what actually happened, and have since contacted the company about it, and sure enough, they were supposed to get back to me with their BS "2nd level investigation" YEAH. RIIIIIIIIGHT. Just admit it, you stole my stuff and my money and tried to cover your behinds. Well, its going on two days later that they were supposed to contact me and I have received no update on this "next level investigation. I will be reporting this company to the BBB. I'm not even gonna say it.....You can make your own adult decision based on my review, if you'd like to deal with this company or not.

I ordered 3M TGV01-20 safety glasses for my wife who is nurse. I requested information on chat and the response was very quick. I placed an online order next day and I received it the day after. Glasses were excellent and delivery was superfast. Price was very good as well. Highly recommended.
