★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scott and his team at Winmar were very quick to assist after a large tree fell on our roof after a wind storm. Scott quickly sent out one of his roofers to patch the damaged areas, then promptly followed up by getting estimates for the repairs. Scott also assisted in settling our claim with insurance. From there he quickly initiated a contractor to re-shingle the house and install new soffits, fascia and eaves troughs. We are very happy with the quality and value of the work completed. Winmar acted in an extremely professional manner throughout this process, and as a result we would not hesitate to recommend and/or use their services again in the future :)

Jordan and his team are so awesome. They were out immediately to get the process rolling with the insurance company and start of the cleanup and restoration in the most expedient way. Communications back and forth was flawless. Jordan explained the scope of work in a easy to understand manner along with the time lines of the cleanup and restoration. His team has some of best trades people out there. Any future work at our home I will defiantly be calling them first. I would highly recommend.!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an opportunity to work with Eric and his team after a substantial flood in our home. Not only did he respond immediately (after midnight) he stayed and took extensive photos and notes to ensure our claim was properly prepared. Eric was understanding and professional, making sure our every concern was addressed and any work done, by any company we hired, was completed to our approval without any hassle. Mathis and Jeff were friendly, skilled and very clean as they basically rebuilt a quarter of our home. I enjoyed working with them alot, and loved their humor and personalites.
I can't remember all of the Winmar staff that helped us, but I hope they know we appreciate there efforts and are very thankful for their help recovering from our 2020 flood. Our family would gladly have any of the winmar staff back in our home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jordan Robbins and his team were terrible to deal with. It took 4 months to fix my roof after a tree fell on it. His correspondence is his choice, he does not get back to you even when specifically asked. If you call the office they give you the run around. In order to fix my roof they felt it necessary to rip up my lawn with their equipment. They have done nothing to fix it, the Claims advisor from state farm Amy Morel (also garbage at her job) has said there is nothing she can do for us and we must pursue it on our own, even though thats her job. Dont hire Winmar to fix damage to your property because they will just wreck a different part of your property. Zero stars Barrie Winmar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the privilege to work with Peter Vasey from the Winmar team after my home had a major leak. They came in right away and took the proper measures to remediate. Peter had kept me in the loop through the whole process. At a time like that it was comforting to hear from someone. I would highly recommend Winmar and Peter to anyone that requires emergency services.

Gave us a quote. Promised us a whole crew.
As soon as we signed, 1 guy came for 2 weeks then disappeared for 3 months. It's been a fight to settle claims or to get our possessions back. They won't take your call or call you back. They also made a list of bogus charges to our insurance company. It's completely disgusting the business they do
