Everything about you and your company is top notch. Right from the beginning to the end you and your team made me feel confident that you had this and you delivered 200%. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Human mistake on measuring and cutting at the shop. Acceptable yes. Cutting on site in kitchen causing dust thruout, not acceptable. Twice no less. Poor communication response from Andrina regarding error. No offer of any compensation for extra work required by us to have sink disconnected and reconnected, cleaning the entire house twice. They need a proper jig to allow complete cutting at factory or have additional forces on site to eliminate mess. Read contract carefully.they it advises of possible cutting on site but didn't mention the catastrophe that they cause doing so.

Andrina was my project manager and she helped walk me through the whole process - from selecting the granite to advising me on proper support dimensions and spacing to ensure I would have no issues in the future with cracking or fracturing of the overhang. Andrina went above and beyond to ensure that I had a fully installed top before Christmas. The crew that performed the installation was very professional and did everything possible to help ensure the installation went flawlessly. I would highly recommend Discounted Granite Plus to anyone in need of countertops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would recommend Discount Granite Plus in a heartbeat. I really can't thank them enough. Every person on their team is amazing. From those on the front lines who help customers, to those in the back who manufacture and install the product, every person I dealt with was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. You can easily see that everyone who works there cares about ensuring great customer experiences and doing a quality job.
They were on schedule for every aspect of the job. They don't "nickle and dime" you... small adjustments were made at installation for me to fit a different stove that I bought, with no up charges.
When I first started looking around, I priced a few granite and quartz options at more than one place. I found that on the items that were identical materials (so I had an exact comparison), Discount Granite was 35% lower than the other quote I got. You really can't beat their prices. The fact that the low price comes with high quality product and workmanship and excellent customer service is just incredible.
The best part is that I LOVE my granite island and countertops. It's So Beautiful! Photos attached. Still working on other aspects of the kitchen but the counters are the showpiece!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EDIT OWNER RESPONSE: Splash/Trim was not offered to me free of charge at any time. I’m not sure what was written in my file but per my last conversation with Andrina and Karen it was very clear that nothing was going to be done without an additional $1500 charge.
I do appreciate the response although it is incorrect and nothing was offered to me or my contractor.
At the suggestion of my contractor AG Contracting I hired Discount Granite Plus to replace the counters in 5 bathrooms and my laundry room. After iterating that I wanted exactly the same as I have now except in quartz. My contractor removed the counters and DGP came to install the quartz. They left without doing any clean up and did not install the trim quartz trim in the 5 bathrooms. The laundry room was done according to plan. When my contractor contacted DGP they wanted another $1500.00 to complete their oversite. I would never recommend this company due to poor workmanship and poor customer service. There was a very clear lack of professionalism from Karen and Andrina from the first initial contact.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Discount Granite installed a beautiful quartz counter in the kitchen and bathroom. I was able to view the full slab in Vaughan before purchasing. Andrina provided excellent advice and service. The counters and sinks are beautiful. The installers were friendly and very focused as the slabs are extremely heavy! I would use their services again.
