Bulldog KIDS

My son is attending bulldog during summer break this year. They have themes every week. For Harry Potter week I was surprised to find a letter in the mailbox with an invitation to Hogwarts and a train pass for the Hogwarts Express on platform 9 3/4. Sooo cool! Thanks for going above and beyond guys!

This review is based on my first n last experience with this facility. I had my daughter’s 6th birthday party. I booked this place because of spacious rooms, cleanliness n at the time of booking n payment v friendly n cooperative staff. Butttt when we actually arrived for the party so sad ? that our bad experience started straight from there, they asked us to stay n wait at the reception while the party time has already started . Guests were started coming and a huge crowd standing in front of main reception. I was so embarrassed n confused . Than when the parents started leaving presents , and I asked them Can we at least put them in our party room , they said its not ready and they brought a trolley to keep the presents. Atlast after an hour play on small structure and some un supervised video games , we got the permission to enter our party room. ( almost all places gives 2 hr party room, even if u r not there u can keep ur n ur guests belonging plus presents) but they just out grade ev1 in the awkwardness we felt:( When it comes to food, they did not serve , we had to go and ask for every single thing. No helper was there . At the end when i tried to speak to this lady owner, OMG she was so rude n talking we r there for free. After charging so much money and making so much mistakes , still the attitude was in sky. I spent so much money but they actually ruined our all efforts. Would not recommend to any one. Not even for day play. It was my daughter’s seventh birthday n i have been doing it every year Miss owner , this is not my first time, the way you behaved.

I went for a tour for my 5 month old child, and was VERY impressed with this facility. It is bright , open and has a positive energy to it. The staff are friendly. I got put on the waitlist for when my little girl turns 18 months and I can't wait. Very impressed Bulldog. Keep it up.

Reviewing specifically for a birthday party. Bulldog is a large facility with lots of space for the kids and was clean and well looked after. Beware of very slippery floors when just in socks. Staff were friendly but mostly distant and inattentive. We were pretty much left alone and not helped or talked to for the entire duration of the party. We had to find our own things in the kitchen to serve during pizza time. The kids were first brought into the gymnasium, where after a very brief meeting with a staff member, were left to their own devices to run around the gym for half an hour. We had to ask to use the balls, they weren't offered. I wish I had been better instructed that the staff were going to have zero involvement whatsoever in leading the children in gym time and games so I could have been more prepared. There was not a lot for the kids to do in the party room either, the main focus was a small sized play structure for climbing on. I wish staff would have been more helpful and friendly with encouraging the children to try the video games and climbing wall. Parties are allowed up to 15 children, but only 2 pizzas with a total of 20 slices are provided. That isn't enough for all children to have 2 slices. I was fine with supervising and being a watchful eye and helping the party-goers, but I just wish staff had been more helpful. Bulldog, make it clear that parents are responsible for leading all activities and showing the kids where everything is and how to use it ?? Not convinced I would go back at this point with the lackluster staff.

I LOVE it here every time I go. I usually go for 2 weeks, and it is always a blast. From all the creative ideas, to how positive and amazing the staff are, I would recommend this to anybody. I have had 2 birthday parties here and go every summer. The Amazing Race week is great, fun interactive, and you're outside all day having fun. No matter which summer camp week you choose, this is a great pick for your children. I have been going here since they were at their old location, and have always had fun and great experiences. The staff and so nice and fun. I was surprised when I signed up to harry potter week, and got a letter from "Hogwarts" in the mail! It's a great camp for being active, having fun, and I always feel included here. 10/10.

Both of our kids attended Bulldog for 3+ years. The staff are incredible and the kids never ever wanted to leave.

The care about the kids, you can see it. Never had any issues. Extremely accommodating to child’s needs and very good communication. Super fun activities. Kids love it. Happy place.

My son started in the toddler room as a 14 month old. I was nervous with him being so young, but all of the staff have been amazing and the transition couldn’t have gone more smoothly. The communication is excellent. It only took him a few days to adjust and he now loves going everyday. Highly recommend!
