★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The harden centre is opening. I am always impressed with how well stocked these guys are. I could use more help when shopping and can be sometimes hard to find staff. I got a great deal on BBQ Natural gas, that was not advertised on website. It pays to visit in person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor staff, limited knowledge, throwing you around to different aisles, inexprienced, nobody helping. This homedepot has never gotten better in 15 years. Worst service ever. Bunch of lazy people trying to “work”. Homedepot in newmarket was a really pleasant exprience and they knew their stuff right away. Please avoid this location

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had great experience Feb 13th. My wife and i went in looking for window furnishings. We were assisted by 3 individuals. While all 3 were helpful, we were particularly impressed by one named Gela. Not only did she answer all our questions, she gave us insight on her personal experience using the product we were considering. She was friendly and patient and deserving of recognition. We left the store but came back the same night and bought 4 day/night cellular shades (grey). Thank you Gela for your wonderful help and amazing attitude!!

Although it's not my norm stop, every time I go there, it's always a good shopping experience. Maybe a little too good according to my wife, did you really need that other tool is all I hear now!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had the pleasure of dealing with one of Home Depot Aurora’s department managers- Ms. Cathy Irving (or Irvine not 100% sure which it was)
A true professional in every sense.
She listened attentively to me and then laid out a clear and concise road map for the resolution of my issue.
Her professionalism was truly refreshing!
More often than not we are greeted by indifference at many “big box retailers”… not today!
I was empathized with and although my issue could not be resolved on the spot I’m confident Ms. Irving has effectively guided me to get it resolved!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ryan in the tile section took the time to explain to us what tiles are best utilized as per function. For example, glossy tiles are better for the walls for cleaning purposes, and not the best for shower stall floors, because they will become extra slippery when in contact with soap and water. The glossy floors look great for pictures, but not so great for functionality. He dissuaded us from our potential death trap, and aided us in finding suitable tiling that matched our initial design. Thanks again, Ryan!
