β β β β β Love this guy! Called him for our furnace, he came right after the call. He was so professional, he took out the old furnace and installed a new one. Explained everything to us, and gave us very good advice on how to take care the equipment. Price was very reasonable! I recommended him to my friend.

And in the early January, the boiler in my client's investment property stopped working and gave up.I phoned a number of suppliers and service teams, most of them offered conflicting advice, wildly varying quotes, and deferred to many days later. The weather was cold and tenant kept complaining. My friend referal me Aaron and his company has reached out. From that first call I sensed that he is more professional and thoughtful than the rest. He offered immediate attention, superior products and very competitive pricing. You quickly had confidence that you were dealing with a thorough, honest, polite, diligent and punctual team. The house is rather large with many unique aspects and he made numerous trips to insure that everything was to my client's satisfaction. Of course, the tenant is very happy too. β β β β β Best customer service and quality service too. Very friendly and let's you know ahead of possible problems and cost. Aaron will also tell you the do's and don't on maintaining your furnace.
It's hard to find a honest and reliable HVAC service tech.
HatchSpark (Aaron) will be my HVAC tech for my parents and my home.
I highly recommended him to all my friends in his service area.

β β β β β Referred by a friend when my AC stopped working. Aaron was VERY responsive, though it was late in the day, he still came to help. Aaron was very professional, quickly identify the issue, and was able to get my AC back to work after some work. No pushing around, no suggesting changing parts, the fix was all based on my AC's condition. Definitely recommend him!!

β β β β β Over the years I have become conditioned to poor customer service here in Canada. Be it the banks, telecom, trades, it is hard to find someone that truly cares about providing good service. I did not know what to expect when I called Aaron from Hatchspark but he was accommodating on the phone and found a way to fit me in on very short notice to replace our water heater. He was very conscientious, polite, he knew what he was doing and went above and beyond. I was extremely impressed. He used high quality materials, he stayed until he was sure that all was working and he even took the time to pass on his knowledge. When it comes to excellent service Aaron is one of a kind and I will certainly be using his services in the future.

β β β β β Aaron and Sam the dynamic duo. My furnace broke down during the polar vortex and we needed a solution fairly quickly. I called them and on the same day, was offered to have a brand new furnace installed meticulously and quickly in about 3 hours on such short notice. There are a number of contractors in Aurora but I went with Hatchspark because of Aaron's glowing reviews and even though there weren't many, I'm glad I went with Aaron from Hatchspark. He took his time to give me advice on the best solution and I didn't feel pressured with aggressive sales tactics. I could have gone with an interim solution on a 20 year furnace or go with a new one at a reasonable price. Extremely glad I went with a new installation and now my family is comfortable and can sleep in peace. The install was thorough which included the new unit, cleanup and disposal of my old furnace. Highly recommended!
