The furnace is working once again and I do not have to worry about freezing with this -25 degree weather outside. Definitely recommend this company for any of your HVAC repairs! When I need to replace my furnace (which will be soon) I will sure be getting it from Summers and Smith Cooling & Heating Limited!

Not only did Summers & Smith take our call, but they provided excellent customer service. A technican came within the same day, called to confirm he was out & wore a mask upon entry. He quickly identified the issue, explained what had went wrong & then showed us how to problem solve it ourselves if it happens again. Would highly recommend!

I’ve used them for my furnace maintenance for some time, but my most recent experience involved a furnace replacement. It went as smoothly as possible. Everyone involved in the process was knowledgeable, personable and made the process pleasant. The installers did a great job protecting my home with runners and removed all the mess and packing. Now I’m ready for what the winter has in store in my toasty warm home. Thank you, keep up the great work and customer service!

The technician called me he said your pilot system needs to be repaired. He didn't do anything and just repeated what I already knew. Then they sent me an invoice of 150 dollars without repairing anything. They said I have to pay this before they do anything. This is absolutely unacceptable. I did business with this company before. Even though their services were pricy, they used to do a good job and respect customer and charge customer when repair is concluded. Now they turned greedy and unreasonable and they want to charge you before the provide any value. I guess they had change in the management. Anyways, I will never work with them anymore. There are tons of good people out there that I prefer to give my business to them rather than companies who lose the sight and forget how to keep their customers happy. To their fairness, they canceled the 150 dollar charges and suggested me to work with another company which is a sign that there is still some DNA of "respect for customer"!

I’ve had two homes that required a new furnace in dead of winter. Pricing and service are very honourable. It’s not often you see a company with such consistent service. And consistent quality. Their technicians are great. Quality and honesty is what I see from this company.

During the visit we discussed our humidifier and options to repair/replace. David took the time to explain the merits of the unit we have vs. the more complicated (and expensive to repair) alternatives, as well as explaining how to effectively operate the unit and monitor the water flow to avoid expensive water bills (which had been our issue before). He was informative, patient and helpful. This is the only company I would ever consider for our heating/cooling needs.
