They not only handled my transaction in a timely fashion, but when a personal situation limited my ability to see to some of the details, the firm stepped up and took care of them for me. I recommend Allan Law highly and would consult them again in the future without hesitation.
Back again a year later for unrelated legal help, and once again Allan Law provided quick, efficient, helpful service in a friendly environment.

He handled our legal business in a timely, efficient manner and even went the extra step to research my questions for me regarding my pension fund. He was readily accessible by email and phone. His advice was much appreciated. His rates were very reasonable. I would recommend Jason as a lawyer. The offices are also very attractive .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I retained Jason Allan to represent me in my child custody and access case, and I could not be more pleased with the service I received. I found Jason to be approachable, well informed and efficient in dealing with my case, which was very much an emergency for me. Mr. Allan and his staff were able to prepare the necessary documents I needed on short notice, and ensured that the court recognized the urgency of my case.
I had to file an emergency "non-removal" order to prevent my daughter from being moved far away without my consent. I entered Jason's office in somewhat of a panic, but was always treated with courtesy and respect. Jason's is a good listener, and answered all of my questions with good information, both in the office and at the courthouse. I was also impressed that he was able to keep my documents/ affidavits focused on the most important elements, and not get lost in details.
To make a long story short, Mr. Allan brought me the result I was looking for, and I now enjoy weekends with my daughter! Nobody wants to deal with family law. It is a confusing and incredibly complicated thing. From the first phone call I made to the firm, Jason and his staff made the process as easy as possible for me. His assistants Mary and Nikki are also extremely pleasant to deal with, and were instrumental in preparing my case.
I would highly recommend Jason and his staff at Allan Law. I am confident in their professionalism and efficient service, and will call on them again if I ever need to deal with family law again.

I was represented better than I could have ever imagined. My needs were put first and I was always treated as a friend rather than a number. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend Allan Law in dealing with the daunting task of being named an Executor in a will. When my Mother passed away on September 18, 2020, I went to Allan Law, since they had done my husband's and my wills.
Sherry Bailey, their Estate Clerk helped me through the entire Probate steps, and received the Certificate of Appointment of Estate Trustee in record time, a month from beginning to end. She is extremely knowledgeable, competent, friendly, and efficient. She was able to answer all questions and appease any concerns. She explained this in a clear and concise manner, and answered emails with further questions in a timely fashion. I recommend Sherry as a invaluable resource.
