L	Len Eberhard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having read good reviews, we spent $2900 on a king size. Within 2 years there are body impressions significant enough that my wife and I are having back pain. After sending a technician to investigate, they claimed the warranty was now invalid because the mattress has staining on it. I don't see how this is reasonable grounds for invalidating a warranty -- they claim it's to protect their workers. If so a reasonable request would be for me to have it cleaned (although the stains are so minor it would take me 5 minutes with some oxi-clean). Clearly just a convenient way for them to avoid responsibility for their (over-priced) product.
T	Tdog Tdog on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased the floor model from The Bay, with the understanding it had a 10 year warranty. Plus purchased an extended for burns and stains. Now when it comes time to use the warranty 2 years later ( mattress sag 2 inches on both sides from centre), Marshall's advises they don't cover floor models. So let's see here, 6 months on the floor I dont think would get as much use as someone sleeping on it for 10 years at 8 hours a night? Or even 6 months at 8 hours a night! So why would they not cover you ask? Because they know their produce won't stand up for 10 years! You figure my mattress was originally priced at around $5000. SO, IF I WERE YOU, I WOULD NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

It was pure heaven...recently, we decided it was time for it to go, and we did alot of research and testing on other mattresses. It has been a very tough decision, but in the end, we questioned why switch from something that we absolutely loved?? I've had 2 back surgeries when younger, and Marshall has always given me superb support and comfort....so, we opted for Marshall again. We waited anxiously for our first night, and yes, it was pure bliss, like the first one....well worth the money!!! I recommend Marshall to everyone, naturally,but especially to people with chronic back problems...you will never regret this purchase....we are life-long customers.

Sleek, light and easy to assemble. Super cool product. The Customer Service at the Showroom was great. Molly gave us the royal treatment, educated us, and was patient while we made our choices. Last but not least, honestly its always a rare pleasure to support a Canadian Brand with a rich history. The delivery guys took real pride in delivering and installing the Marshall Mattresses and bed frames. Never seen delivery guys so proud of a product! Highly recommended!
