The auto service manager Jim is as rude as they come. Disgusting attitude and treats customers with zero respect. He tried to charge me half the price of the tire repair when they couldn’t even fix it. It took all of 5 minutes. I disagreed and he threw my key at me. The highest rank job this guy should have is a stock boy.

This location of Canadian Tire is rumored to be the largest in the entire country. Huge, clean, and organized, it's the opportune place to shop for a wide array of products; from garden supplies, to kitchen products, to car repairs. Operating hours could be longer.

Never has cashiers, they force you to self checkout or go to customer service. I tried waiting to use customer service but someone had a complicated customer service problem that was taking 20 minutes.

Ranking upgrade for having the best air filter products and prices. Update. Air filters are important. Most ppl cheap out on this. Get what u pay for. 2200 or MERV 13 is highest Canadian Tire provides which is the same filters uses in Ontario food industry. Personally I would go with Merv15 or 2800 . Quality costs money. ***Now we control air quality in our apartment but before we shared a house. The tenants downstairs were disgusting . Those tenants threw everything in the recycling including furnace filter. Attached is that filter . We all got sick from mold there our dog died . So clean air is important. Dont cheap out BUY Good Quality furnace filters and air filters like Honeywell's true HEPA . .AT CANADIAN TIRE Bought hepa filters its Recommended to have indoor hepa filtration especially during covid19. Fungal yeast bacterial confections are fatal with covid. Many homes have fungal issues which cause bacteria and yeast also .allergy season is not only due to pollen but fungal spores Covid19 waves coincide with fungal pathogen blooms. CDC advises on improving indoor air quality. Filtrate 2200 or above is strongly advised. Mine is changed every 2 months. CANADIAN TIRE sells Filtrate furnace filters MERV 13 at a good price. Air quality can cost you your health or life. Fungal pathogens are not tested for by the medical system in Canada unless its really obvious and your in ICU but even then a microbiologist must be called and by then it will be to late. BE AWARE of CLEAN AIR. Poor air symptoms. Rashes, allergies, digestive issues, weakness , memory issues or brain fog, mental health issues, kidney issues, heart pain, hormonal issues , hemotology problems. Can lead to deisease and death. Visited on a Weekend afternoon. An item would not scan on self-serve so I asked the self-self area staff for help. She went to the customer service area and the group of 5 or 6 staff were all just chit-chatting there and ignoring my item. Nobody went anywhere to check or even check-in with me to update me. After waiting I ended up just walking back and taking a photo of the shelf sticker and entering the code myself and luckily it worked. I’m aware of and really sorry for how retail staff can sometimes be treated really awfully for no reason, but this was not that. Just a bunch of girls who either were not trained for their role or sinply did not care about there job and are just standing around gossipping rather than working.

My girlfriend was just at this location to have a key for a storm door duplicated. The store staff member said in a rude manner that it could not be done and the she would have to call the manufacturer for duplicate keys. She ended up going to Home Hardware where they had absolutely no problem making the duplicate keys with no attitude problems either. Your sales staff member lost your store a sale, it may not have been for a significant amount, but a lost sale is a lost sale with an unhappy customer.

A good all around Canadian tire. Usually have stock of most things, friendly staff and quick service. Wait times usually aren't too long as the store never seems super busy. Would recommend people to go here!

A huge thank you to Doug and his Service team who helped get back on the road. My snow tire blew out on the evening commute on the 404 and Doug at Canadian Tire was the only one that understood the emergency and offered to help despite the late hour and it being close to end of day. My car limped in on the old one which was shredded to ribbons, and they put a new snow tire on, disposed of the old one, sanitized my keys, and returned the car to me, ready to go and for a really reasonable price. So grateful for the friendly service and willingness to help a stranded commuter! Recommend!
