★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Are there any higher grade than 5 stars? I think that’s not enough to comment how good they are.
I’m not always do recommendations but this. I still remembered the first time I met Dr. Chan many many years ago. He asked my health concerns before checking. I told him that I have PAIN ALLERGY. We all laughed after 3 secs. Yes... this is always the main reason that I hated to visit dentist in the past. Dr. Chan explained to me in a very calm, gentle, friendly voice with his professionally attitude that under what circumstances I will get really hurt. And most importantly he promised that he will do his best to avoid it or let me know in advance. This is what I think professional and responsible doctor for.
Beside, he is an extremely good and patience to handle kids. My 6 years old gal, just got there to do an easy hygiene appointment last week. She shut her mouth, cried, even pulled out the sucking tube and mouth pillars from her mouth. Honestly I was thinking I should take her go. But Dr. Chan just convinced her in a very very soft and gentle way. Never showed any rushing or anything to push my girl to finish. After I left the room, they finished it. Wow! That’s what a great job. My girl still says she love Dr. Chan and willing to get back there in future.
Friends, if u are looking for a family dentist. U have no other choices beside Dr. Chan ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been over 6mths since I've had my front teeth replaced from Dr Chan and his team.. and I am ecstatic on how they look. The only reason it's taken me so long to write is because I've just been so busy with my personal schedule. But I wanted the whole team to know how much I appreciate all the attention, support and accommodation for all my requests and how I felt each step of the way. Dr Chan is a pro.. he listened to what I wanted, executed on his recommendation, and delivered on what he promised. I was very hesitant, and I am very particular, but Dr Chan made sure he guided me one step at a time and was very very patient with all my requests and suggestions, which I extremely appreciated. Bottom line, I would highly recommend Dr Chan and his team regarding any replacement or fixation of existing veneers for any body who is considering this very difficult process. Thank you Dr Chan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a front tooth crown which is exceptionally hard to get right especially when you're a perfectionist like me but Dr. Erwin Chan and the entire staff at Bayview Family Dental were super patient and kind making sure I was happy with the results. It's not perfect and I will probably get it redone later on but it's better than it was before. I also recommend going to Picasso Labs to get the perfect customized shade.

Dr. Chan is patient and extremely knowledgeable was able to articulate exactly what's going on to me with the proper course of action, alternative and potential long term risks and benefits. Laura is a great dental hygienist who demonstrates great bedside manner and her care with your teeth and gums is top notch! Even when you know you need to floss more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Chan's dental office is bright and sunny. Staff are always welcoming and friendly. They take their time with each patient. Dr. Chan is caring and makes sure the patient is comfortable with every step of the procedure. I'm always relaxed when i go to his office. I'm never rushed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had nothing but a great experience during the last nearly 10 years of going there. I have never felt pressured or mislead as a patient. Both of my boys (10 and 6) see Dr. Chan. He is wonderful with kids. So calm, gentle and ALWAYS has a smile on his face. He will take time to answer any questions that you may have. Going to see this dentist is never a drag for them. I have recommended Dr. Chan's office to my friends and I will continue to do so. Thank you for being my office for all my dentistry needs! Keep up the great work!!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had high hopes for this place reading other reviews but was disappointed at my appointment this past fall. The staff was really nice but the office rooms where the cleaning is done is very old and dirty and more cleaning needs to be done being a dentist office and during covid.
