S	Sarshar Kutty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best 1st grooming experience for my pup. The groomer ((Ivy) was amazing. Prior to the groom, she went over the scenarios and the outcomes. The facilities are dog friendly, on the main floor with an enclosed backyard so the dogs can go pee at their convenience and are not crated till it's their turn. The pupper didnt want to come home !!

I also loved that they gave him a report card evaluating his behaviour and also called to check in and let me know how he was doing. Update: 1 year later I have continued to bring my pom here and I am still so happy I found this groomer. The staff are friendly and really take the effort to get to know my dog. They listen attentively to my requests and always call if they are uncertain about how I would like him to be groomed. My dog always makes new friends here and comes home happy. I fully trust the Groom Room to take great care of my pom.

And she was relaxed and excited when we picked her up and calm. Would highly recommend their business and for all grooming needs.

B	Bria Quezon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my puppy, Kai, for the first time here today after seeing all the 5-star reviews and I have absolutely no regrets aside from the fact that I didn't bring Kai in sooner. It's a little pricier than your average PetSmart salon, but for the quality of service you're getting, it is soooo worth it. Kai's previous groomer got the job done, but I noticed that he was always so anxious afterwards and would even whine and try to climb up my body. But after bringing him here, he was so much more calm and relaxed. I like how they don't crate the dogs and because the grooming session takes a few hours, the dogs are able to take breaks to play and just relax. It's like a grooming + day care. Kai's groomer, Jenny, did a fantastic job on making him look good while keeping him comfortable. I 100% recommend her. She was also super easy to get in touch with if you have any concerns or if you want to see how things are going during the grooming session. If you're looking for a great salon for your dog, definitely go to the Groom Room.
