★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is horrible, the physiotherapist does the bare minimum and the was very rude and unhelpful. They would force people to come in more than they could just to have clients. When clients refused, they would make aggressive comments about closing their case and giving a poor report to OHIP so they don't go anywhere else. Extremely disappointing to see health care professionals treat patients like that.

The doctors are well known in their fields and are experts in spinal injury and back pain. After 3 treatments my S5, L1 is almost healed thanks to the traction therapy offered at this location.
All these people giving 1 stars are idiots.

The staff are very professional and everything that was done was thoroughly explained. And best of all, I left feeling better than when I arrived.
