★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are very thankful for paw please for helping us groom our dog! So far we'd been having troubles with getting him cut at a groomer as many wouldn't be able to. Thanks to them he looks more beautiful and younger than ever. From their friendly staff to their amazing way of handling our dog I now believe that Paw Please will be the sole place where we will groom our dog.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were so nice and super patient with my dog! It's been a hard time finding a GOOD groomer during this pandemic.
Recently, there have been lot of OTHER grooming salons that aren't as friendly since most are low of staff and are fully booked for months. But you can tell Paw Please ensures their furry clients are comfortable and safe!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m so thankful to Ella and Paw Please. My miniature schnauzer’s hair was so matted from being months overdue for a grooming appt. I took my dog in for the first time today, as the list for our regular groomer was way too long. The store is super cute and clean and very friendly. Paw Please will now be our regular groomers - can’t recommend them enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a new client of their Pet Services and Boutique, took my American cocker spaniel dog for her full grooming, paid $80 plus taxes and $10 tips. On my second visit, I took my cat for JUST bath. Assumed it will cost between $40-$70 at upmost however, when I showed up at her boutique, she quoted me on the spot for $90 plus taxes just to wash and blow dry my cat. Since, my cat was already under stressed from being in a carrier and travelled in the car, I had decided to go with the service but would not recommend this boutique. The owner was not friendly, announced that my cat was "dangerous," that it was not an easy job for her at all and complained to me nonstop. I could not understand why she was making me feel bad for leaving him for a service at her Boutique when I picked him up after the service. My cat does not have a mean bone in his body, never bitten or scratch anyone but decided to give him a professional bath since he was gone missing for 5 days. Would I recommend this boutique to my friends and family? No, would not. Disappointed with their customer service and ridiculously high pricing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lilly had an amazing puppy groom thanks to Paw Please team today! Staff are knowledgeable, sweet and attentive and the haircut and ear cleaning were done professionally and with great attention to detail. We booked our second appointment on the spot and can’t wait to be back! ? ?
