S	Sebastian Privat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untrained, not English speaking staff. We went their to get some slices. One of the staff dropped a slice after the next one. We had to wait 20 mins to get the slices that they just wasted - at least freshly made. The rest of the slice came cold in a box. They didn't even warm them up. Don't waste your time going there. Read the reviews here. Should have done it before. Not coming back. This location was not the cleanest one either.
C	Cory Grafstein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was very bad that night my friend ordered two slices to be well done but but server forgot about doing so we sent them back and he forgot them in the oven and got burnt they had to redo them and he did not get what he requested as the ran out of the slices he had originally had asked for the server put the slices only to forget about it being well done my just accepted them and he ate them I'm not fan of pizza pizza sorry to say I won't be going back. There are much better places to get ? .no refund was even offered not a great way of doing business. Shame.

Online ordered the large pizza the following week with 3 dipping sauces, reached home to find out they gave completely different sauces. I've been giving this location enough chances, now I've complete given up on them.

Besides before to give the pizza was asking me how would I like to pay and how much I going to pay tip for him. That's ridiculous. As a human we know to tip for service, but when the delivery guy (Ali) asking before to give the pizza TIP , that is like too poor service and unprofessional. I was surprised for that kind of service.

I wouldn’t recommend. I ate two pieces and threw out the rest. I called the pizzapizza phone but they offered $5 store credit or replacement of chicken wings( which would come out the same from the same frier( they wouldn’t have swapped the oil within an hour on Sunday evening)). So, pass on both of those offers. So unfortunate. This shop was once a week pizza place. Moving on to another place.
K	Kaelan Rorabeck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been waiting in the restaurant for long enough and asked about the status of my pizza twice. 8:50pm we orders our pizza, though the receipt says 8:13pm. Its now 9:30 and we still have no pizza. We have been told 3 times that it will only be 10 more minutes. They also tried to charge us for bacon bits, though they are an included topping. They’re handing out a few online orders, and people just seem to be hanging out in the back. Definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had with the pizza pizza franchise.
