β β β β β The one and only Sababa! I love their falafel pita and lentil soup. It makes a great hearty lunch, The burger (lamb+beef) with hummus on it is truly amazing, much better than many "burger places". The salads are very good too, I always feel good after eating here.

β β β β β One of my favorite restaurants. I recommend lentil soup, chicken shawarma, and sababa burger. I didn't try the other items on the menu yet but always go for these. Beware that sometimes they forget to put the hot sauce in the bag. Not a big deal. They are always busy. Just check your bag before you leave.

β β β β β The food is incredible. Our group come here regularly and it is very consistent. The falafel is quite possibly the best in the GTA and don't miss the grilled eggplant either!

β β β β β I went in there around 7 and ordered a plain shawarma. The next few customers ordered multiples plates in their order. I received my order after the other 5-7 customers had their much larger ordered fulfilled.
Either they canβt keep track of their orders or donβt follow orders in queue

β β β β β If you order from Sababa, be sure to guess which toppings they include with your falafel. Why? Because on the app they only specify 3. Tahini, hot sauce and salads. The owner also speaks AT you when trying to clarify why we got just 3 falafel balls and tahini. His response βspecify in the notes what you want.β Sorry, but I probably wouldβve specified what I wouldβve wanted (if there had been any mention of options) and his response wouldβve been βyou only have the 3 options, nothing more.β Salad was also brown. Not worth it. Urban falafel, Tov li or even me va me treats customers better and is honest about their selection. Fix your app. Donβt expect customers to guess what a falafel comes with. Arrogant owner. Used to dine in once a month with friends. Never again. Gone for life. Good bye.

β β β β β Okay, so this right here is my GO-TO lunch spot!
If you love pitas and sandwiches this is the place to go in Thornhill! You gotta try their juicy grilled chicken breast in pita. It pairs perfectly with their in house middle eastern salad, perfect elements of taste, from the sweetness of tahini sauce down to the firey' hot sauce. If youre not a meat eater, no worries their falafels are to die for! Grilled eggplant with tzatziki ? They got it! Of course they got other options too but aside from the food the the staff are amazing ! The cashiers are super helpful and polite and the kitchen staff really know how to throw down!
