n	nightie416 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly when Osmow's does it job 100% the food is great and would get a 5 but they are really inconsistent. Today my wife bought 1 Shawarma on the Rocs and 1 Shawarma on Stixs. In the first 3 bites I get cartilage and a bone. Even funnier while I'm writing this my wife keeps handing me bones and cartilage out of her meal. (2nd pic.) This creates caution while eating which is not enjoyable and makes me lose my appetite. This is unacceptable and sorry to say Osmow's is not getting my money until their quality and control tightens up greatly.

M	MP on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came few minutes before they were about to be closed and asked them if we can still place an order. The manager (Kartik) was really nice and was happy to serve us the food. He turned on the fryer and made a fresh batch of fries. The food was also amazing as well. This Osmow’s location was the best one that I’ve been so far. I will definitely return!

Usually, it is normal to wrap meat, vegetables, and sauce evenly. But workers here don't mix the ingredients so when I bite it, the ingredients don't blend in together. I can't feel the original taste of Shawarma. This location ruins the original taste of Osmow’s. The headquarters staff should come and see how the staff at this branch make Shawarma. I’m so disappointed.
B	Berman G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All Osmow’s Shawarma restaurants are not equal. Some are way better than others, this one is the best in terms of cleanliness and their energetic and welcoming staff. The food are fantastic. Nothing to complain. They deserve a shout-out to the community. So, they deserve a 5 star review. Highly recommended.
