s	sanaz Saeedi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst ever responsiveness and accountability. Rude secretary who never answers the phone and after calling multiple times, answering in a bad way. We submitted our file in Matin accounting but there was an error in our file, we just kept calling them for the issue, the secretary took our message but did not respond and call back. After calling several times, she answered and treated us in a way that we are responsible for the error. When we walked-in to get an answer, Mr. Farazmand who is the accountant, he just supported the behavior of his secretary, and told us I have lots of clients and I DON'T CARE if I lose some of them!!!!!
A	Ali Khadiri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. The secretary does not answer the phone specially when you are calling for follow up and she knows you by getting your name on caller ID. The accountant also supports her poor customer service and does not care about his clients. When I complained about poor service, he responded in a bad way and just supported his staff. briefly, they just give you service until getting the money, after that they do not care about customers' problems.

I sent my documents and T4 forms to Matin Accounting 10 days ago, and I kept calling and talking to the staff sometimes twice a day for the past couple of days to ask about the status of my tax return filing. To talk to the staff, I had to call multiple times until someone would respond. And each time, I was given false promises. I finally gave up on them and learned to do my taxes myself. I spent too much time already. Very unprofessional, unresponsive, unaccountable, unreliable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THEM.

H	Hamed Sharafi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Filed my taxes with this company for 3 years now and this year after calling 3 times in 2 weeks, they finally got back to me and told that they can not file anymore taxes and they will not accept my file. I had to follow up with them 3 times to find out they can not file my taxes this year. I Believe if you are busy that much you can either change the answering machine response and inform customers that they are not accepting tax files anymore or maybe employ someone that can get to customers faster.
