β β β β β Farivar ruined my income tax for 3 years in a row, got a second accountant to do a reassessment. Had to send some extra documents in because he forgot to file them and i got charged a penalty + took 8 months for the reassessment.

β β β β β Make sure you ask all your questions before you pay, otherwise they are too βbusyβ to pick up the phone. Not sure what type of business model they are running, but definitely itβs not the βidealβ one.
Btw, the receptionist is in another level, extremely rude. Set your expectations low while dealing with this lady.

Here is my conversation few minutes ago with βSoudabehβ
Me: hi im calling to make sure when my appt is please.
Her: Ooooomg how many times do i have to do this? Im not sure why people dont write their appt date and time i dont have time for this.
Me: silence⦠can you PLEASE tell me when my appt is?
Her: no! I cannot go though the calendar to find your appt!
Me: well i called because i lost my appt date and time and im asking you to confirm it for me.
Her: Do you know how many people call to ask the same question?
Me: Answering questions is a part of your job I believe.
Her: no this is not. Im not the receptionist.
Me: You are the representative if this company who picked up the phone. May i know your name?
Her: You are the one eho didnt write your appointment date and youβre asking what my name is?! (I laugh to dead in my head at this moment) I have a gentleman in front of me right now. call me in 15mins.
AND
HANGS UP
ON ME!
I meanβ¦. Are you serious? Is this how people run their businesses now adays?
Hope somebody els picks up the phone when i call next time! I absolutely DO NOT want to go though another conversation with this RUDE woman.
Hope the owner of the business realizes how their staff behave to random people calling with simple questions.
