I bought the coupon for unlimited laser hair removal for one year. And to be honest I liked the result after first session. BUT! Service in this clinic is terrible! First, they didn't want to take this coupon and tried to make me pay more (and it's not about taxes, pay more for sessions). Second, they put my next appointment not on the day I asked. I came on Saturday to change the date and time, but worker said nothing and just closed the door in front of my face! Then few times I came in work days at their work time (about 4-5 pm), but clinic door was closed, nobody opened or answered the phone call. I wrote few emails on the addresses I found on Groupon and their website - no answer!! I called and left message to call me back - nothing!! I made few appointments through their website - I got only automatical answers and NO call! About half a month(!) I've been trying to reach them to have my Second appointment! I'm so disappointed because I've read so many good reviews about them. Now I just lost my money for whole year sessions and my time (leaving the work earlier to reach them, although according to their website they work till 8pm). So based on my own experience I DO NOT RECCOMEND PLS Clinic

I would recommend her she is efficient in her work and very detailed oriented so she never misses any spots. She is great and I am very happy with the service I am recieving! Thank youuuuu !!!!
