He is kind, amiable and compassionate, which make the clinic very tranquil atmosphere. Moreover, he is immensely knowledgeable doctor and genuinely cares about his clients. Also, Shamim is very friendly and truly helpful. I love coming here and I would definitely recommend this fantastic clinic.

I’ve gotten many laser sessions done here by Shami who was excellent but after she left, the entire experience for my following session with the new laser technician was awful. Firstly, I had a problem booking the next appointment as the front desk lady seems unprofessional. The new laser machine also burned my skin, since the technician never adjusted the temperatures to my previous settings. Lastly, the technician didn’t numb my face from the start or follow any of the normal procedures that can help avoid burns. Also when I canceled my next appointment, the front desk was extremely impolite as she did not raise a concern regarding my burns or what the company could do to help.
