★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was super nervous about leaving my two little chihuahuas in boarding since they'd never been before. I liked that they would have blankets, their own food from home, and could share a kennel to be together. When I picked them up they seemed happy, well fed, and cared for. I would definitely leave them here again and it eased my worries about boarding. All the staff I met were very friendly and nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While it is true that the kennel shows its age, from the moment you walk in you notice the lack of smell. It is clean with no trace of urine or overpowering chemicals. The indoor kennels with outdoor access & daily exercise area, plus walks make for happy pups. The staff are all very friendly & extremely knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable, even with the extra training I booked. We have put 3 dogs through obedience her over the last 20 year & the training staff are excellent! We have left our 2 higher energy dogs here for periods of 1 week or more on 2 separate occasions & been very happy with the care that they have received. The staff document walks & meds, extra training which has been arranged & how the dogs did, very thorough & thoughtful. I haven't hesitated to recommend & will continue to use this facility for the boarding as well as the training they provide

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took our newly rescued puppy there for four days, and I was extremely nervous as our puppy is still very nervous around strangers! However they were very happy to have her and took the time for her to get used to them, I even called to check on her and they knew right away who I was calling for and talked me through everything and how she has come leaps and bounds. She loved her outside time. The kennels are very spacious and the whole place is clean and tidy. The staff are exceptional and kind! We will definitely be going back and recommending Parkland Kennels to everyone. A huge thank you to everyone there for keeping such good care of my girl! I will never stress again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE LISTEN. Steer clear from this place. I sent my two 1 year old dogs there, I got them back weighing much much less, shaking and the people there did not care. I've read many reviews and have found this place is.. horrible to say the least. My male used to weigh 130, now he weighs around 95 to 105. (Its been a couple days) and although bad we were alright with this as we could get them back to health. But when I found out people had lost their beloved animals because of the horrible care here, I was shocked and disgusting. Even if you have to go out of your way, please look out for your pet and go somewhere more trustable, for the price it's crazy. These people were paid to look after these animals and were careless enough to let them pass in their care. I hope they get shut down or atleast get it together. I will not be coming here again and I hope none of you will too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After adopting a puppy who grew into a 90 lb lovable beast I couldn't handle, I tried different obedience schools with little change in pup's behavior.
Parkland was the 3rd we went to and trainer Audrey made a difference from the very first lesson. They have a well honed system and literally decades of experience.
For level two, we did private lessons at an embarrassingly low cost rate. I actually told Audrey she needed to charge 2-3 times her rate.
But what matters is this: their clear system and a lot of work helped me train and control my oversized dog. I can't thank them enough.
