★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my poodle here for her first ever professional groom, and I was so happy with her haircut. She came back looking soft and fluffy, I didn’t know that her fur could be this soft! Seemed reasonably priced considering the process took over 2 hours. Thanks to the gentleman at the front who listened to my concerns and requests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Poodle needed his first groom of life at the age of 5 months. We booked a service 2 weeks ago but because of a health concern with our puppy we had to cancel it just a few hours earlier but Rocky kindly accepted it without any penalty. Today our puppy was ready for his grooming and we went there and after 3 hours, we received our puppy in the best shape, good mood and wonderful appearance. I would like to thank Rocky and his wife for the wonderful service. We wish them endless success and best of the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two times so far I have dropped my pet for a grooming at this place and for the first time I doubted myself but now I am sure groomers at this store don’t spend enough time for nice grooming! My pet’s nails are not trimmed fully, her eyes are still Duarte and the fur is cut unevenly. While it takes for other groomers at least 3 hours to complete the service, these people Spend only one hour for grooming. BESIDES, my pet was traumatized both times that is a proof she was treated harshly and quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called on Saturday to book an appointment. Happy to hear I could send my dog right away. After arrival I realized I had to leave at 3:30 for another appointment. The front desk lady super kind and offered me to pick up at 3:30 which was only two hours. At 3pm they let me know my dog will be ready at 3:15. It was a perfect time. Can’t thank them enough for the amazing service!
