You can literally go into the shop, have a seat and speak to her. Very great atmosphere and selection. I bought the flowers below for my girlfriend to brighten her day and she told me that this was her favourite bunch by far. Pratima, I cannot thank you enough. Anytime I need flowers, I'm coming straight to you.

During our initial consultation, she asked numerous detailed questions and helped us put together something that was perfect for our wedding, reception, and budget. Her attention to the smallest details was a significant help. Pratima listened well, used visuals to communicate and was very reliable and responsive. Since my husband and I are not knowledgeable about flowers, the visuals were a significant help. The bouquets, centerpieces, and boutonnieres were beautiful and looked even better than we imagined. The flowers photographed wonderfully and the centerpieces looked fresh for days after our reception. We received numerous compliments from our guests praising Pratima’s work. The value of Pratima’s work was exceptional and the attentiveness that she gives her clients cannot be underestimated. She is a pleasure to work with and we cannot recommend her enough.

She is a wonderful person with warmth and patience, providing expertise in helping you decide on the appropriate arrangement based on the occasion, your preference and budget. I was completely impressed by her thoroughness in following through from the moment I ordered the flowers until it's delivered. There were about 6 phone calls made because of the kind of flowers she wanted to order as well as my change of delivery date. The floral arrangement was absolutely stunning. I highly recommend Ivy Leaf Design to anyone who enjoys gorgeous floral arrangements with exceptional services ! You won't regret it!
