Apparel Warranty
Yeti Cycles apparel is backed by a 2-year warranty guaranteeing that their apparel will be free from any defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty extends to the original owner of our apparel. If necessary, proof of purchase will be required to verify the age of the product. The apparel warranty does not include product failures resulting from accidents, misuse, improper care, modifications or normal wear. Any alteration of Yeti Cycles apparel will void warranty coverage. Any apparel Yeti Cycles finds to be defective will be repaired, replaced or refunded, at their discretion.

She took the time to understand what I was looking for, gave me a great set of options and made it really easy to choose the one that was best for me. She was also very friendly with my daughter.

The service in setting the bike up was top notch. I know if I have any issues they will look after me and when I need a tune up on the bike I am confident they will do great job.

The Sale and Service teams have done excellent work and provided professional service! I also bought carrier racks and kickoff stands with 15% price off which were installed well when I picked up. I highly recommend The Bike Shop North to anyone who plans to buy a bike with professional services!

They had to order my new bike from another store (it sold out), and yet they had it assembled and ready to go the very next day. Great shop, I’ll definitely be a return customer.

Extremely pleased with the staff and eagerness to make things work even when the work did not go as planned. Will be back with more bike for servicing for sure!

Levo pro-S4 was sold out everywhere in Alberta, but Steve could exchange with another store through the Specialized sales representative.
Adam and his crew were super friendly.
I would love to buy from them again and will recommend all of my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the best bike shop I’ve been to. Every staff member acted like they were happy to see customers and excited about their job (so refreshing). I brought my new road bike in for an adjustment. They willingly fixed it and also educated me about my bike and helped with a few accessories. I also watched them help another customer who stopped in during his ride and was having trouble. They didn’t charge for the quick repair, and I saw how relieved (and grateful) the gentleman was. Sales staff helped customers with all different price ranges of bikes with the same enthusiasm. This is an authentic local bike shop that makes love local really easy.
