M	Mike Travis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lynn was awesome - she definitely deserves a raise!!! Thank you so much Lynn for taking your time with me and being patient while I decided which bike to buy. She was so helpful, putting pedals on, and explaining all the features that I had no idea about. She also recommended I take a test drive, and was even able to find the lock I was looking for that had ben used as a demo. Then she was even able to get it all put together and ready for me to take with, all on a Friday afternoon! Couldn't have asked for a better experience to replace my FatTire that was stolen. Loved the store. I look forward to when the coffee shop is open again.

But when you purchase a bike on line and drive 6 hrs to pick it up, you expect to pay for what they sold you. It would be nice if Customer Service was part of the managers training. Instead of diffusing the situation, as his very capable staff member was trying to do, he escalated the situation and had me leave their store madder than a cut snake.

P	Please Donot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After sale service is trash. So much for supporting local. It's all nice until you give them your money. The store itself looks nice and seems to have a lot of items in stock. But if you are buying something and expecting service in the future just look somewhere else if you have an option.
K	Kim G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER BUY FROM THE BOW TRAIL LOCATION. We purchased a bike off the floor, the demo, nothing was mentioned of a discount. We noticed a chip... white shows off red paint!! We had to ask for a discount...-$40! Wow! 1 week later, the bike We wanted arrived, we went to return. A FLAT ... NO!! We don't return bikes. Is that how to have returning customers??? We will NEVER go back, nor refer any of our family or friends to this store!!!

I expected to drop it off and get it later, but he said he would check it out and make the necessary adjustments. John is a great asset to Calgary Cycle, and I will keep servicing with them

I do most of my shoping online, but with bike stuff, I have found that knowledgeable staff and a wide range of products makes this shopping experience much more productive. I started coming here for the service, and then I discovered how the CC staff in both service and sales is so good at problem-solving that I have made excellent decisions following our discussions.

James was knowledgeable and thorough in sizing my bike while discussing my needs as a rider and talking about good local trails. Truly a Trek approach to dealing with the client needs first and assessing what is needed. I was directed to appropriate accessories to also add to the quality sales experience. Good job James! I look forward to picking up the new bike!
