Apparel Warranty

Yeti Cycles apparel is backed by a 2-year warranty guaranteeing that their apparel will be free from any defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty extends to the original owner of our apparel. If necessary, proof of purchase will be required to verify the age of the product. The apparel warranty does not include product failures resulting from accidents, misuse, improper care, modifications or normal wear. Any alteration of Yeti Cycles apparel will void warranty coverage. Any apparel Yeti Cycles finds to be defective will be repaired, replaced or refunded, at their discretion.

Many thanks goes to James Purdy who did a great job helping me to find the parts I needed for my bike at home. Another thanks goes to Alex who came forward to help me do some shopping while James was fetching the items I needed. Both were very knowledgeable about bike repairs and I was on my way in no time at all. An additional kudos goes to whoever that was who brought me an empty bike box, for packing my bike in for an upcoming trip on the airplane. Well done, all!

My salesman was super fun and helpful in picking out my new bike. I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted and he helped me find the perfect fit for my budget and then helped me get the accessories I needed. Would recommend this place a hundred times over!

Always friendly, efficient and excellent service from The Bike Shop Central. Stopped in for a spacer for my handlebar stem today and Gabe installed it and even oiled up my chain and pumped my tires without prompting. I appreciate that they just want to help people enjoying riding and be safe. Thanks Gabe!

I attempted a walk-in bike tune up smack in the middle of busy season. Alex was great and looked over my bike with me, explaining what he recommended. The wait was about 5-8 weeks but he mentioned that if I left my bike at the shop I might get it done sooner. I had called at the 10 day mark on Friday to get an update and was told that it would be ready by Monday. I ended up going on Wednesday to pick up but there had been a mix up, and my bike had not been serviced yet. Graeme and another technician were beyond apologetic and told me that they would get it done first thing the following morning. I got a call the next day regarding other issues and recommended parts/repairs, but did not feel pressured at all. I was able to pick up my bike that day and take it for a ride. The bike felt great! - Would recommend a service here as their employees and mechanics are not just there for sales, but are passionate people who want to get you out riding again.

The online layaway process was great and enabled me to buy the bike I wanted. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful when setting up the bike when I picked it up. I was really impressed with the excellent discounts on merchandise in the store after buying a bike so I picked up a number of things to make riding more enjoyable and to prepare for maintenance issues on the trails. Such a great business model that values integrity and customer satisfaction. I definitely recommend supporting the Bike Shop because they will support you. Thanks folks!

I purchased bike gloves in November. They arrived quickly. My brother-in-law is quite happy. I purchased a different pair of bike gloves in December. They arrived quickly, but they were women's gloves and thus too small for my son-in-law. The website did not mention that these were women's gloves. I contacted The Bike Shop, explained the situation and they arranged for a return and complete refund, including shipping. I needed to contact them 3 or 4 times about this matter, but they were always friendly and understanding. They promptly respond to questions via web chat.
