D	D Dew on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depending on which staff help you, the service can be good or terrible. There is one staff person who is just terrible. She has the worst attitude and acts like she can't be bothered to help customers.
P	Pamela Goebel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great pharmacy. I have two drug plans and lots of medications. They are very helpful and know what to put on each plan. I can refill over the phone and it is ready for pickup. They are not the closest pharmacy to me but it is worth the extra distance,

On three occasions in a row I had called in to refill a prescription or confirm a faxed prescription from my doctor’s office. In 3 of 3 occasions the person who I spoke to did not do anything and when I got there I was told they have no idea why they didn’t do anything. The fax instance required the pharmacy to call me. After not hearing from them I called them instead and was told they’d have it ready only for me to arrive and be told they didn’t do it and also didn’t call me or call me back after I reached out. I can’t imagine they should be trusted with anything as important as medication and would say to go to a different pharmacy capable of managing patients’ prescriptions.
T	T Tania on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to like this pharmacy because I felt that pharmacists really cared about patients. However, now it’s different. I came to pick up my pills and on of workers said that they having troubles with receiving prescriptions. She suggested to come next day. So, I came next day. Then another worker told me that my doctor needed to call because fax is not working. I wish I knew! Then problem will be solved. It’s pretty understandable that something may not work, but I still believe that if I will have full info ride a way I will not waste my time waiting for nothing. Unfortunately, some people in this pharmacy doesn’t care that you will receive your medication now or in a week( even if you need it urgent). So, I felt unwanted patient... They don’t really care. I can suggest Coop downtown pharmacy, because people there always friendly and helpful there. I probably will come beck there
