★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Capsule has literally saved me days off my life over the past year I've been going there. Before capsule, I would make appointments with my doctor and I would still have to wait for a long time just for them to ask a couple questions to renew a prescription I've had for a decade.
Rahim and all the other staff I've interacted with over the last year are extremely caring, personable, respectful, and smart. I'm never there for more than 10 minutes, but for that short moment it is very clean, calming and I feel my privacy is respected. Did I mention in those quick visits that they direct bill!? And if I had any refills, I wouldn't even have to go in because of free delivery!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This pharmacy is absolute garbage. Syed, the pharmacist, is a rude, arrogant man who should have his license taken away from him. He once dispensed an inhaler when the prescription was for a nasal spray. Does he not know the difference between them?!!! Maybe he should get a refund for his education? And don't get me started on him missing dose changes for patients. Throw him in jail and blast him on the ACP website. And Michelle, she makes more mistakes than a toddler learning how to ride a bike. Worst, most dangerous service ever.
