★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been 5+ years since I purchased from them and I'm leaving a review now because of how satisfied I am with their heated gloves.
$200+ including batteries is a little tough to swallow at first but they've paid for themselves at this point. I used them for winter cycling/photography/snow shoveling and they are excellent. The elements run along the sides of your fingers so the fingertips stay warm too, something you don't get from most heated gloves. Pair them with windproof shells and they sometimes get too warm even in -40. The threads have started to fray but it doesn't affect the functionality. The wrists are a little bulky so it might not work well with narrow sleeves.
Would purchase another set again when mine stops working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EDIT: After discussions with the company they have offered to send a new pair of liners. Can't wait to have toasty warm hands again! I frostbit my finger tips years ago and these are the only way I've found to have functional use of my hands when it's below freezing.
I bought the motionheat gloves ~3 years ago and absolutely love them and have recommended them to multiple people. However this year when I pulled them out I noticed that the tip of one thumb had shorted and actually melted a hole in the glove liner. I understand that it's outside the warranty, but for the price and how I treat them (always under another glove to protect the liners) I would expect them to last longer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an issue with the frame of the bike I purchased at Power In Motion. Even though the bike was just out of warranty, management went to bat for me and got me a replacement frame from the manufacturer at no charge. There are plenty of places to purchase bikes in Calgary, but this is by far the best customer service I’ve encountered in the city. 5 stars for Power In Motion!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I been a customer since 2016. I have purchased electric gloves and recently Nov 2021 purchased electric vest and soles. My profession is Registered Nurse and an SAG-AFTRA Actor. Living 50 miles from New York city. I commute on a Yamaha motor scooter. I ride during winter except for snowy or icy days. I never felt cold using these products.Their customer service is excellent. I've been recommending there products to my friends for years.I only wish other companies customer service would model themselves like Power in Motion. Ken owner and staff are what you call "Good People"

They provided knowledgeable, friendly and helpful service over and beyond what one would get from a 'regular' bike shop. They answered all of my (I had plenty) questions with a smile and got me back on the trails in a quick turn around. Couldn't give higher praise - thank you Power In Motion!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Power In Motion heated gloves. I just picked mine up in store. Staff where extremely helpful and friendly. I was surprised to find they actually had multiple working examples of the heated gloves in store to try before you buy. They where plugged into a power outlet, I tried them on and was very pleased with the performance so I bought a full set. I got home and tried the new set with the batteries charged and I was even more impressed. I think the heat was even better than the ones in store. I liked they have the stickman wire option in the packaging already, its not just an upgrade.
