The service they provide is a dying art. Specifically I dealt with Karen and the store manager. They were professional, helpful, attentive, the list goes on
HIGHLY recommend you visit here if at TD Square. Five stars all the way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite Banana Republic in Calgary. I've had consistent great experiences with the staff and the selection is the best in town. I have had great experiences working with Miguel. He was very knowledgeable, offered suggestions on clothing and even had example photos on his phone that helped convince me to try some new options. I will keep going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has very helpful and friendly staff. It is always tidy. No complaints about this store and staff.
However, there is a qauilty issue with their clothing. The quailty is at best mediocre. I purchased a sweater and within minutes of wearing it, the seams of the sleeves came loose and it basically ripped the sleeves apart. I brought it back and I was happy I was able to get a new one. However, after wearing the new sweater twice for 8 hours, the sweater started pilling A LOT. Very disappointing. I also bought the Bias-Cut Satin Midi Dress (retails at $199.99 + 30% off online righ now), which I love, however after the first wear, the fabric at the hips started snagging. Overall very disapointed in the quality and the price that they charge.

This was an out of his comfort zone experience, yet he left smiling and kept telling me how he enjoyed it and he'd be happy to return to this location to shop. Good Job!
