β β β β β Selection is awesome, and they sell brand names like Nike, Reebok, Puma, Adidas, etc. That's generally the first place I go to to buy shoes, and generally where I buy.

β β β β β The sales clerk happily spent much longer on the phone with me searching for my size than she probably wanted to, saved me driving all over the city looking for my shoes as she was able to find them at another one of their stores. Very pleasant

β β β β β I'm not sure why people are saying nobody acknowledged them or it was poor service. Maybe just an off day. I've been to this store soooo many times, and honestly I am ALWAYS greeted and asked if I am shopping for anything in particular. They are always friendly and helpful, the only exception maaay be if they are super swamped, in which case is absolutely understandable that they have to clue up with their current customer to come assist me. I love this store, and they are so understanding about returns/exchanges.

β β β β β I wish I can give them 0 stars. Their customer service is beyond poor. If you want to sell products during a downturn, try improving your customer service.
I called in a day before coming there about converse forest green size 8 in women. I was told there are so many available in that size for that colour, please come tomorrow to get it. I came the next day only for them to tell me that oh, we donβt hve any, we sold 2 today, and then when I reminded them I called and was practically lied yesterday, the girl just lies in front of my face saying βoh I sold 7 todayβ. Would never bother shopping here again.
