★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went shoe shopping today as I needed a new pair for my job, went in there to check out some shoes not once was I greeted by the staff members. The guy who was in the store got all the attention as he was dress nicer than me, I was wearing yoga pants and a hoodie vs a suit. I use to work for this company back in the day and from my understanding was that everyone gets treated the same no matter what class they are in. When I was looking at shoes the one girl working behind the desk was sitting on the floor and when someone came out I was given the death eye watch by the other person. Thankfully I won’t be returning to this store anytime soon. I found my shoes at another store

They will judge you by looks or race I’m not sure! that you can afford even $300 shoe and will repeat the price to you with a getting shocked reaction when you tell them that you wanna buy it. That’s a customer choice and decision that he can afford $300 shoe or not. I felt so humiliating and insulted, will never go this place again. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ugh... visited this location a few days ago and was absolutely appalled at the lack of customer service. There was a girl helping me (long black hair, glasses and an eyebrow piercing) the way she was talking to me was so not right when you’re in the customer service industry. I ended up feeling so uncomfortable, left and walked down the mall to little burgundy, their nice and the customer service is great. I suggest you go there instead.
So disappointed, browns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just went into the store because I had a sign saying reduced with the shoes that I liked right beside it when I went in the manager said that was my mistake putting them there and refused to give any type of discount and I said you know if it says selected shoes on sale and you put that selected shoe right beside that sign I think you’re obligated to reduce them. manager said no I left And was going to spend a big chunk of money there so from a customer service perspective the store sucks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service at the TD location. Picked up a shoe to take a look at it and a staff runs up to another staff whispering making jokes about me running away with it and them chasing me down. So rude to be talking about customers and laughing right infront of them. I put the shoe back on the display and left the store while the lady tried to reassure me that she “wasnt talking about me”. From the other reviews, seems to be a racist judgement of some sort. Lady with dark black hair and coworkers have no respect what so ever. Was about to spend $300 at the store too but customer service was super rude.
