I will continue coming to this location for this service and I really recommend asking for help if you’re unsure because they truly know their products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in to beat the crowds in Sephora to grab my Urban Decay foundation. Just as I decided on my shade, I began to browse with said product in my hand. Now I am fully aware that I have the ability to look high key homeless at times but while enjoying my days off that is the least of my worries however; I was completely flabbergasted when an employee approached me and asked if I was doing ok then without letting me reply, literally grabbed the foundation from my hand and said she would hold it at the front for me. I should have walked out right there but instead decided to pay and not make a big stink about it, but still weeks later I am appalled at the situation and any time I pass by I am reminded how terrible my experience was, and can't help but wonder if I was being discriminated for being Aboriginal. Beautiful store but awful customer service. Have not been back since

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Beauty Boutique by Shoppers at TD Square has personel working specifically to help you with finding & purchasing the Beauty Products that you need. They know what is on sale & what products will work for you in your price range. I realize they are just doing their job but they are on you immediately even if you know what you need or you just want to browse. They are located downtown where a lot of vagrants hang out so I don't blame them. Carry a shopping basket or they will put anything you carry at the till. I'm glad they wear the black uniform now in case you do need help you know who to ask if it is busy. I bought perfume & the sales clerk really hooked me up when I asked for free samples such as T-shirts, bags or small perfume samples. They are extremely helpful & have visible security throughout the store.
