★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far my favourite Mac location in Calgary. The staff are so kind and helpful in finding the right products for you.
Today I had an unsuspecting date with the bf and I needed to cover up a few spots on my chin. The girls were so understanding and touched me up with some concealer to hide my blemishes.
Not to mention the staff always look on point in there. If you want a great makeup experience, this is the place to go.

I've been to a couple MAC stores across the city and have had some less-than-favourable experiences (subjective of course, I just didn't feel as welcome as I did here). I was anxious to step into the store today due to past experiences but the woman working was warm and super friendly. I'll definitely be revisiting this location for future purchases!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in a few minutes before closing yesterday, and I had the best experience I’ve ever had in a Mac cosmetics store. The girls were super nice, especially Aga. I needed a setting spray and wanted to know the difference between them. Aga stayed with me as long as I needed and listened to my concerns and explained to me the difference between them and the one that would fit me best, she also told me about a new setting spray that will be coming to store soon and promised yo call me when it’s available. She called me today and told it’ll be available on the 9th. I was really happy with this service and will definitely visit this location only every time I need something from MAC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alexis went above and beyond to help me locate my favourite MAC blush and get it ordered to my home in Montreal. She gave me so much time and was so friendly. She was one of the highlights of my trip to Calgary, she's a great representative for MAC but also a wonderful ambassador of her city!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could remember what their name was, but I popped in for the very first time 10/15/21 around 530. The store was very clean and welcoming. The sales associate was very helpful and gave me all the information. They helped me find my shades in concealer and foundation, which is something I needed help with, but they were fantastic and I cant wait to shop there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 out of 10 experience. Kenzie is a phenomenal makeup artist and so helpful. She spent 30 minutes + helping me pick out exactly what I need, was very patient, gave great recommendations, and was just all-around lovely! Would highly recommend this location.
