—In 2020, Steel Reef established its enterprise risk management (ERM) policy and structure, which is overseen by the Board of Directors’ Audit and ERM Committee. The company’s ERM Committee implemented a process to identify, manage, mitigate and report on risks, which are recorded in our new corporate-wide risk register. Our ERM approach enables us to appropriately allocate resources to support the corporation’s accretive growth and systematically identify, rank and mitigate the risks to our corporate goals, including ESG factors, and strategic objectives.
