Do not EVER sign a contract with rogers. After years of contract violations, and overcharges I can say with certainty: nobody should suffer through any interactions with this morally bankrupt company.

After my brutal experience at the foneshop on 32nd Ave NE I called here. Jeremy was awesome, professional, polite. Sent my phone to be repaired, it was back in 4 days and seems to be working fine. I'll go back here again if I have any other issues.

Haven't been particularly impressed with the service here. Guys seem nice but they just scrape the surface in being any help; there's no above and beyond that is characteristic of most Rogers employees. Beware the 15 day return policy too, that one sucks.

This store is the best for small businesses. Their customer service iswecind to none. The customer service department went above and beyond the call of duty in order to rectify a problem with my plan which could have cost me dearly as a real estate developer. Highly recommend not only Rogers but this location as well!! Cheers

Bad customer service!!! Came in to inquire about possibly getting a new phone and plan. I asked this guy - PR (his initials) about the the price of a phone model and after he told me the amount I said the is a bit model expensive compared to another provider. Then he said to me" then go to that provider! Don't compare Rogers to them, we don't compare ourselves to them. I don't think it's the appropriate thing to say to a loyal customer who have stayed and endured bad experience with your service.

had the most amazing experience at this Rogers location today !!! every single member of the staff was friendly and so helpful - even the manager took the time to help us get acquainted with the features of our new phone and even helped us transfer data over and get everything set up! have never experienced that level of customer service from a phone company before and can't thank them enough for their efforts! would highly suggest this particular store to anyone in the area- A++ keep up the outstanding work!

I believe it was Jeff who helped me today. I came in thinking I may or may not go with a product, but Jeff was so friendly, and knowledgeable. He gave me options and I actually had a learning experience there. My visit was easy, quick, and I left happy that I decided to come in when I did. ( I believe the TD location moved to another spot in the mall, I hope I have the right one. Close to The Gap)
