★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Experience Buying our first travel trailer and found the perfect trailer for our family needs. Mandy, Casey and Terry made it an overall easy experience. Bought lot's of accessories, they are well stocked for that and did a few minor warranty fixes perfectly. Fall service was also a snap. Dropped it off and picked it up within a week. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a trailer, trailer service or accessories / parts.
Follow-up - We had our awning rip off our trailer on our recent trip which damaged the trailer as well. We were devastated. Mandy, Terry and the repair team took care of warranty and repairs (which wasn't easy I don't think) and I was amazed at how perfect it looked when we got it back. We are back to being happy campers...Thanks again Terry and family, I am happy I bought my trailer there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my trailer in to have an electric brake system installed. When I brought it in to drop it off at their arranged time, I had to deal with the most arrogant people I've ever dealt with. At that point I told Terry to forget it and left with my trailer to have the work done elsewhere. I can certainly understand all these negative reviews!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Promised to service the trailer and put on new tires as requested but never did. First trip out the tire was extremely low. Never bothered to mention the brakes needed work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given Terry's Trailer a higher rating but I found their paperwork misleading. Their document indicates that the renter's car insurance will cover any damages to the trailer which is incorrect. Our insurance agent indicated in no uncertain terms that this was not the case and the renter is personally responsible for the damages. So beware and drive carefully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ everyone . please watch . do not rent anything from there. !!!!! I never ever come back to this horrible place. I never saw the man so rude. he connet the trailer for me. when I return back he said I broken the chains.I done the change for it. I don't do any change for what he done for us!!!!
and I need to pay 57 dollars and plus 60 dollars 2 hours labor fee. and if you not agree .he said he is the owner. not companies just pay for your credit card.
the owner he make the mistake and I should pay for the fee. or maybe he done in purposely to replace his chains.
how business can treat customers like this? he make the story and we should pay for the fee?
this experience make me sick and angry. it's really unfair. and hope everyone know this story. and be treated like a customer !!!

I cannot say enough about the communication with Mandy at Terry's, who went out of her way to quickly have the part shipped to me in Toronto.
