★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience every time I've gone.
First time I tried to order a part for my Husqvarna lawn mower. The sales rep said it should arrive within 5 business days. Three weeks later and me having to call them for an update, multiple times a week, he still couldn't give me a date on the part. Finally got tired of waiting and not being able to mow my grass, I ordered the part off Amazon, and got the part shipped to my door the next day!
Second time I went in to purchase a new chain for my chainsaw. None of the chains were properly labeled, and there was no prices on them. Apparently they were setting a new pricing/inventory system, so them over 30 minutes just to determine the cost of a chain, as they based the price off the number of links, and then had to count the links, and then had to find out how much they were now charging FOR the links...
They sell a fantastic product(Husqavarna) but it's to bad their service is so horrible(I've only been to the Spring Mount location, so can't comment on the other locations).
Do yourself a favour and go someplace else that has actual service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service! I got a riding lawnmower from them and the second time I went to use it I could not get it to run, this place charged me to pick up and deliver the tractor to do the repairs. I feel like I've died 3 times now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was very impressed! Called yesterday, my riding lawnmower would not engage in any gear. Spoke to Ken, he had someone come over to have a look, thankfully it was only a belt that came off, they put belt back on and I was all set. Huge Thank You to All. Would highly recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since I first wrote a five-star review three years ago I have continued to trust the well-being of my 60-year-old Massey - Ferguson 65 tractor to service manager Ken Goode, Joe in the workshop, and the other folks at Earth Power's Owen Sound location, from parts service to repairs. Most recently (April, 2022) was a leaking fuel injector that needed fixing, plus other maintenance work. A good, clean job in all respects, including follow-up, and a pleasant, helpful attitude from guys who know how much a good-running machine matters. And how much trust matters: very important these days especially.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually only write reviews on good quality companies. Today is not usual. I took my weed Wacker to these people because they were the "authorized dealer" and they said we can fix it last fall not expecting it back for a few months. In January they called me and ask me to bring in the screws that I had taken out of it prior to bring it in. I did this 6 weeks ago. They then call me and say "We can't fix it". OK So I order a new one from them. They said "It will take about a week to get in and we will call when it arrives. 3 weeks later I called about it and they said "We'll check on it and get back to you". That was 10 days ago. They never did. I bought another one on amazon for about 2/3s the price. I am sure they are a good company in many ways but well; Judge for yourself on this one.
