★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my riding lawnmower serviced last year. Cost me over a thousand bucks. I wanted them to check and fix my cutting blades and leveling because of excessive vibration.
After getting it back and trying the mower it still was not cutting right. I called them and the guy said to bring it back but wouldn't say if he was going to charge me again. Getting it there required me to get someone with a trailer to take it back and forth . Anyhow, after some frustration on the phone I left it and told him he was not very helpful.
After a few days I got a friend to help me raise it up and tried checking the blades. We took off the rotor part and found that the bearings were totally shot. Explains why the blades started fulling off when engaged. WE went and got new ones ,put everything together and wow, it ran great. Cost was roughly $50.00.
Something that they should of found. for the 1000.plus bucks it cost me.
Would not recommend them.
Also took my old chain saw in before that and they said it wouldn't be worth fixing. To buy a new one. Once again I took it to someone else and for 50 bucks it worked. New gas filter and 15 minutes time.
Would not recommend.
