My bike was delivered to Parry Sound for a good price by Randy and he even came back the next week with some paperwork. Top dealer in my opinion. Thanks very much...you have made me a very happy customer especially in these difficult times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of their service department and their ignorance. We were informed by their service manager Danny that they had a young helper working on our PDI and things got overlooked and that's why we're now having bolts falling off. The owner Greg says that it's normal for that to happen and it's the owner's responsibility. They charged us $500 for the PDI (Pre-Delivery-Inspection) and we couldn't find any indication that it was greased. They scratched our brand new ATV's paint and then lied about it claiming that they didn't remove the seats but the service manager said that they checked the filter while it was in for the first service (which we know wasn't done properly) and we were told that the filter was ok and didn't need to be changed but wait the filter is under the seats so then how did they check it? Don't trust your vehicle in their parking lot. Their young helper damaged our ATV trailer. They ignore you after the sale and you don't get what you pay for. Their service department lights up cigarettes and blows the smoke in our faces when we arrived and they don't wear masks nor practice social distancing when they are supposed to. Highly NOT recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ last year I started shopping around for a new atv to replace my 30yr old unit, I found attending some local places I was treated as a dollar sign and not a customer, I found myself standing in Bud Robinsons motorsports show room looking at some of their available atvs. After chatting with the knowledgeable and friendly staff I decided to purchase a Suzuki king quad. The finance lady was great and very transparent and went through every detail with me about my purchase. I left very happy with my new quad and hit the trails. A few months go by and I drove by and laid my eyes upon a newly arrived cforce 1000, not knowing a lot about them I did some research and called Greg and asked to purchase it, later that day I dropped off my Suzuki and traded in for the Cforce1000 making this my second atv purchase here and again the sales staff were amazing and made the process quick and transparent. I took my new quad home and followed all the break in recommendations that Danny had suggested, upon my first service I dropped my bike off and it was handled in amazing time and care, I have had the pleasure to talk and meet with almost every employee there and was always treated with respect and professionalism and by people that stand behind their products and also use their own products sold. My cforce has been an amazing machine and have been more then satisfied with my over all experience. In conclusion there is not another motorsports dealer that I would go to based off my experiences and the many positive reviews I read in Sault ste marie, which is why I also returned to buy my vehicle from their other side of their business.
