Most of the clothes were so worn out that I wouldnt even put my child in, secondly the customer service I received was horrible and I felt like a terrible mom being in there. Lastly now women are speaking up about how they cant even use the washroom even though they are ready to burst. 100% wont be recommending you to anyone and until you change it will stay that way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good place to buy some used clothes for your children customer service is usually good, however, I did bring them a lot of clothes and they were turned down due to "soiling" and tearing. A few of the items were a little more than gently used I will admit but most of the lot was the same condition you would be purchasing and some of them were actually still brand new. I think it deoends on who inspects the clothing.
All in all an awesome place to get clothes for your kids and my boys have many clothes we bought from there. We even bought excer-saucers and bassonets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place to shop!! Usually a good selection And range of sizes when I was a kid my mom used to get special occasion clothing for me here and you couldn’t even tell that it was used. Their standards for what they accept are very high and the prices are reasonable 99% of the time. On another note if you have good condition used kids clothing. You could totally bring it here and possibly get some money back Which is a bonus!! Especially with how fast kids grow out of things. Every experience I have had with this store has been amazing the staff is always friendly. Would defiantly recommend this store to everyone. Even if you don’t have children It’s a good place to pick up a birthday gift, baby shower gift, or even christmast gift for friends or family.

I have four children who never complain about the clothes that I bring home from there they do an amazing job and they only accept clothes that are in excellent used condition!
